Unfortunately, we were only informed of these updates after they had taken place. Consequently, the data we received from this partner was in an altered format, leading to inaccuracies in the information provided by our algorithms.

We want to assure you that we have resolved this problem and taken preventive measures to avoid similar occurrences in the future. Moving forward, our systems will proactively cease receiving data from sources where such changes are detected. This will allow us to manually review any data-related modifications and ensure the reception of accurate information.

We sincerely apologize for any disruptions caused by this incident. As a token of our commitment to your satisfaction, we have already issued a full refund for the month of May for our paying customers. We value your trust in our services and appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our systems to provide you with the best experience possible.

Update: data has been restored (31 May 2023)

We are pleased to inform you that we have made significant progress in resolving the issue. We have successfully remodeled the data based on the updated schema provided by our data partner. Currently, our algorithms are diligently working on processing the past data for the affected period. This data is being uploaded to our databases, ensuring that we restore the complete and accurate information.

We understand the importance of having access to reliable and up-to-date data, and we are fully committed to resolving this matter promptly. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that the restored data aligns with our stringent quality standards.
